Food has always played a central role in my life. Members of my family owned a restaurant, others a fish market. Some were chocolate bonbon confectioners, and others were wine retailers. Stories about food and food businesses are a staple in our dinner discussions, and even if I spent 15 years working the cinema industry, I knew that one day I would also take part in this family tradition. Baking was a hobby when I was a kid, it became a passion when I was a teenager and it is now my work!
I learned the art of french pastry at the prestigious Ferrandi school in Paris, how to make flaky croissants and beautiful croquembouche. After getting multiple positive feedbacks on my treats, I decided that the time had come for me to open my online space! I now happily bake from The Pilotworks kitchen in Brooklyn and cater all kinds of events, from birthday parties to weddings and corporate events. I love listening to your crazy ideas and come up with tasty and fun suggestions to match your themes!
